  1. Welcome to MAIL_MAN, a program designed to meet the needs of most companies for an automated method of creating and retrieving Phone and Email messages.

  3. After a quick tour of the main features of MAIL_MAN:
  4.           
  5. 1. Specify your program preferences, by selecting Edit | Configuration from the Main Menu. 
  6.           
  7. 2. Change your password if you desire, by selecting Edit | Employee from the Main Menu. 
  8.           
  9. 3. Enter any names that you want into your Address Book, by clicking on the Address Book Button. This step is optional, a courtesy to those taking Phone Messages for you, since they will not have to enter this information when taking your messages.

  11. 4. To automate your Log on, you can add your Extension and Password to the MAIL_MAN Command Line.
